How to install on iPhone

Before you start

• Make sure your iPhone is eSIM-compatible (iPhone XS or later, including SE 3rd gen).
• Connect to Wi-Fi.
• We recommend installing before you travel so you're ready on arrival.

Installation steps

1. Open the Guac app or scan the QR code from your confirmation email.
2. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM (or follow the in-app installation flow).
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to download the eSIM profile.
4. Label the new plan (e.g. "Travel Data") so you can identify it easily.

At your destination

1. Go to Settings > Cellular.
2. Tap your travel eSIM plan.
3. Turn on Data Roaming.
4. Set it as your primary data line.

Your eSIM will connect to a local network automatically.

Troubleshooting

If data is not working after activation, try:

• Toggle Airplane Mode on and off.
• Restart your phone.
• Check that the eSIM (not your home SIM) is selected for cellular data.
